Cimage NovaSoft acquires
Access Systems LLC

Burlington, MA — Dec. 09, 2003

Cimage NovaSoft Inc. announced today it has entered into an agreement to acquire Access Systems LLC, an organization that provides support and consulting services for the Cimage NovaSoft products. This acquisition significantly expands the Cimage NovaSoft customer base in North America and fuels further business growth.

Upon this acquisition, Access customers will continue to receive support from Access Systems LLC until the full transition to Cimage NovaSoft is completed. The estimated completion date for this transition is early January 2004.
