Brentford, UK - January 19, 2009 – Sword CTSpace today announced that Kier Property has selected its project collaboration solution on Reading’s largest ever office building - One Reading Central.
It is the first new property in a substantial three phase scheme being developed by Kier Property and Invista Real Estate Investment Management near the town’s main rail station. This first phase of the business campus will comprise 216,000 sq ft over ten floors and, on completion, the whole development will exceed 600,000 sq ft. The high specification office building, which will incorporate renewable energy systems, is due for completion in spring 2010.
